The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a lovely area, short walk to the restaurant that is in walking distance Ai Do Fogheri, and a bus stop. They gave us big size and cheap double room with terrace. Marvellous location - a short way from everywhere we needed. Spent our evenings in nearby Eden Venezia, especially when it was chilly outside.

The breakfast was satisfactory with good quality coffee, the restaurant was reasonably priced. Marvellous and unbeatable location, rooms were cheap.

We were offered a new-fashioned and airy room with terrace. The location was good - short walk to 15 euro for a 5 minute drive, a good restaurant and walking distance to restaurants. And it's at walking distance from Edenavenice, ate there once or twice.

Our double room was silent with kettle, comfortable bed, as for instance as advertised.

Satisfactory breakfast at 430am, knowledgeable staff, we really enjoyed it.

The small hotel was homely. The double room I got was complete with bathroom with plenty of towels as well as air con.

I loved this hotel, it was exceptionally clean and homey. All of the staff were really helpful and outstandingly accommodating. The breakfast was satisfactory with lots of options. The property was in a fantastic location, to pick up the water bus.

It was really comfortable and little 3-star hotel as stated in the description. The location was marvellous and unbeatable and the rooms were cheap. The restaurant was reasonably priced, and the staff very pleasant. We've stayed here before and liked this place.

I didn't want to leave and would like to come again. I loved the place, it was perfectly clean & the staff were reasonably good. Excellent and absolutely perfect location, rooms were modern. The property was set in a residential area.

It was a magnificent and incredible location just next door to Venice St Mark's Square, an excellent restaurant and Venice on the bus. The classic king room was airy with terrace, the bed was nice.

Good location, the free parking was available. The staff was ready to assist, very friendly and outstandingly accommodating people. There were nice beds and an electronic key card, a work desk, and TV with satellite channels in the double room.

Excellent and fantastic location on Sunday at 6am the taxi will be 30 euro, easy to get around. Silent, airy unit with terrace, and outstandingly accommodating staff.

The location of this hotel was marvellous.

Everything in this fairly clean hotel was absolutely great. Huge units with big size TV, bathroom, for example, outstandingly accommodating employees. Magnificent, particularly good location in the lovely area. Reasonably priced restaurant.
